Tell Your Senators to Reopen Government NOW!

This week, Trump took to the airways (something that was denied to Obama) to spread his racist and erroneous speech on the border wall and the government shutdown. This week, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell plans to return the Senate to “business as usual” while thousands of Government employees are furloughed or going without pay.

It is time we clog up our Senators phone lines. Tell them to withhold consent and require roll call votes, tell them to withhold support of motions to proceed on anything but bills to reopen the government, and tell them to stand strong against the racist border wall. Demand that they support the bi-partisan government spending bill that the house passed and to demand that Senator McConnell allows it to have an up or down vote.
