On Tuesday Senate Republicans announced that they did not have the votes to move forward on their latest attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act and strip millions of people of their healthcare.
This is a major victory for the more 6,000 Indivisible groups and tens of thousands of people in the Indivisible movement.
After you threw down and stopped “skinny repeal” in July, Republicans strolled into the month of September thinking they were in the clear and that they could bribe other Senators, whip votes, and pass Graham-Cassidy without you noticing. They. Were. WRONG.
And in this moment of victory, when it’s so clear what the Indivisible movement has been able to accomplish, we’re proud to ask you to keep believing in this movement and our work.
